*In rare cases, an original sculpt is damaged in shipment and deemed "unrepairable" by either buyer and/or seller. All shipments are insured at full value, and since the damaged item must be presented to the carrier to complete the claim proccess before any money can be recouped, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with the carrier. It is the sellers strong recommendation that pictures be taken of the damages, including the container in which item was shipped as evidence in the claim. In the event the seller and buyer determine the damaged item can be repaired, the item must be shipped back to the seller (at buyers expense), reparied by the seller, then returned to buyer at sellers expense within a reasonable time.
